Harriet has the rare combination of creative genius and organisation skills, which make her a suitable Personal Assistant to our three busy execs.

Harriet lives to serve; her greatest happiness is bringing positivity to everybody’s working day, which is extends into her second role of Operations Executive, where she is responsible for delivering a first-class experience for all employees.

Alongside her work for Xander, Harriet enjoys performing at weddings with her aptly named band Love Won’t Be Long (she apologises for the shameless plug) and being one of few creative writing graduates to utilise her degree by tutoring young children in preparation for their 11+ school years.

Responsibilities:
