Joel is one of the products of the Xander academy - previously coming from a background in business management and finance, he decided to explore avenues outside his former profession to pursue a career where he could make impactful decisions as well as meaningful change.

With this, he discovered Xander Talent and joined our business change program. He underwent the rigorous training, and soon after embarked on a placement at one of Xander Talents’ SaaS clients, delivering on a global CRM transformation program as a Business Change Manager.

Transitioning off his client placement, he then leveraged his abilities to see how he can make a positive impact within one of our internal functions.

He has now joined Xander Talent in the client services team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant; to build out our future talent strategy through determining the current and future hiring needs, while sourcing and attracting prospective candidates within the numerous pathways that Xander have on offer.

• Impactful Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, challenging the status quo and championing diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Driving the recruitment strategies for talent attraction, growth and development.
• Ensuring every client and Associate is matched with a role and responsibility which aligns with their personal and professional growth.
