A qualified accountant with 14 years of finance experience, 8 of which have been in the recruitment industry. Simon joined JCW Group in 2017 and works with the entire business in seven locations and across six brands. He is ultimately responsible for balancing the group vehicle and ensuring adequate resources are available to achieve the ambitious growth plans.

Simon spent most of his working life running competitively but since starting a family this has fallen by the wayside and most waking hours are now happily spent with his two sons and wife living life to the fullest.
