As part of their training, Xander Associates help support our social enterprise initiatives which focuses on creating more opportunities for People of Determination, gaining industry experience whilst creating a positive social impact.

Growing Happy

Delivering the Xander Academy inclusion, wellbeing and resilience training, Growing Happy are a charity consultancy on a mission; to ignite social change and transform wellbeing, whilst developing and nurturing the skills of charities, organisations and governments which they work with.

Bee the Change

Bee the Change is a global campaign focused on creating more job opportunities, internships and social enterprises for individuals with disabilities (or People of Determination) and additional needs. Co-led by individuals with disabilities the campaign will revolutionise employers’ view of inclusion and accessibility.

Growing Happy

Inclusion Revolution

Inclusion Revolution is a movement that aims to raise awareness, change perspectives, and open doors for physically and neurologically diverse people.

To tackle this global movement, our Associates were split into two teams, one to design an accessible questionnaire that would gain insight into how our society perceives diversity in the workplace, and the other team to build it for mass distribution.

Although we are starting in the UK, our ambition is to build the foundations of inclusion world-wide, so that we can nurture it for future generations.

Bee The Change

Ignition Brewery

Ignition Brewery is a South London brewery and taproom that trains and employs individuals with learning difficulties to brew great beer.

Also known as ‘the Brewery Bunch’, our Xander Associates have supported Ignition with laying the groundwork for the opening of a second site in Liverpool by conducting a comprehensive product, service and risk analysis and developing a location strategy.

The initiative has already been successful in securing the cooperation of Liverpool City Council and has led to initial discussions with Mencap and Sefton Council for future collaborations such as an ‘Ignition Day’ at Mencap’s new diverse space in Merseyside.
