Ardian joined Xander in 2021 as a Business Consultant in Xander’s first cohort intake. After successful spells at clients, including Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, Ardian joined our Client Services Team as a Product Manager.

He graduated with a Biomedical Science degree from the University of Sheffield but realised early on that a life of research and lab work was not in his future. Always a keen problem solver and being naturally process orientated he saw Xander as the perfect opportunity to apply these skills.

When not working, Ardian is always looking to fly abroad on his next holiday, preferably somewhere warm and sunny, watching the F1 or going to see Arsenal play scintillating football at the Emirates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data and insights across the end-end portfolio
• Lead the development, requirement gathering and activation of one or several strategic projects
• Understand key business processes and ensure they are implemented and updated when required
