As Compliance Manager across 7 brands including Xander, Oliver brings vital communication skills, as well as versatility across a number of responsibilities in a very hands-on roll, in order to achieve client excellence. 

Day-to-day, Oliver is responsible for onboarding our Consultants, dealing with new or extended contract needs and ensuring all processes are up to date.  

Away from work, he loves watching the UFC, spending time with friends and frequenting, possibly a little too much, the hairdressers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Initial point of contact for all candidates including onboarding, timesheets & payroll.
• Responsible for maintaining candidates records and ensuring all processes are kept up to date.
• Creating internal processes & procedures to improve the contractor management process.
• Account management for various umbrella companies on our preferred suppliers list
